We have all lived many lives, in many places, as many different people. Who were you, where did you live and what did you do? In a group setting we will journey to a past life where you were happy. Usually Fran does three short regressions in the time frame allowed so you can experience three different glimpses of these past lives.
The group regression does not go as deeply into a past life as a private session, but Fran says: "The first time I went to a group regression, it totally changed my life and opened my eyes to the world around us. It was this first group regression that put me on the path that I am now traveling."

Off the Beaten Path is pleased to be offering an introduction to Reiki and its history. Learn the Usui System of natural healing. This workshop will teach you how to help yourself and others with gentle yet powerful energy. You will also experience the healing power of the level I attunement.
Claire Paluso did her initial reiki Master training at Starseed in Montclair. She continued her studies under Dr. Suhail Jarroush and became a master of Seichim at the Aquarian Sun in Lincoln Park. Claire is a certified Reiki Drumming Practitioner. Her Reiki Drumming training was with Michael Arthur Baird of the Infinite Light Healing Studies Center, in Sedona, Arizona.

Reiki II Attunement

Reiki II training and attunement increases the power of the Reiki energy. This attunement level affords the opportunity to open the heart and allow the student to feel more love, warmth, comfort and joy for themselves and others.
Students at this workshop learn how to give Reiki to others, how to draw and call upon the 3 symbols associated with Reiki II, and what each symbol is best used for. There will be a discussion of Reiki Level II techniques, practical hands-on training in these techniques, in addition, students will learn how to give a complete Reiki session to others. Distance healing will also be explained and demonstrated.
Students receive Level II training, attunement and certification. Pre-registration is required.
The workshop is conducted by Claire Puluso, who is trained in the Usui System of Natural Healing, and has been certified as a Reiki Master Teacher / Seichim Mastery.

Reiki I Attunement

Reiki is Universal Love; a gift from the Great Divine Spirit/Goddess/God for healing. For many years this knowledge was a well guarded secret and only a few were trained in it, partially due to the high cost of learning and being attuned. It is an ancient and very simple system of laying on of hands that was derived from Tibetan Buddhism. Simply put, the universal energy flows through you (the vessel) and sends it through your hands to the subject you are working on. You can also send this energy to a person not physically there - but that is part of Reiki II.
Recommended books, Essential Reiki by Diane Stein and The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr. Mikao Usui by Mihao Usui and Frank Petter, will be available for purchase on the day of the class.

Reiki II Attunement

Second degree Reiki is much more powerful than first degree. Where the attunements of the first degree aligned you, the second degree attunement empowers you. It allows you to heal in person and to do distance healing. It can also be used for planetary and personal issues. Second degree Reiki is a major tool in the transformational process for those on an accelerated spiritual path. It gives you the ability to use symbols & other sacred knowledge you receive. In this workshop you will receive the second degree attunement and symbols.

Reiki III Initiation

Third degree Reiki is for those who are deeply spiritual, and dedicated to service to Reiki. As the second degree is more powerful than the first degree, the Master Level is infinitely more powerful than the second degree. This initiation activates you to a broader and deeper level of healing energy. In this workshop you will receive the Master initiation and symbols.

Reiki IV Attunement

In this attunement you receive the final 2 symbols in Reiki, are attuned to this Level and taught how to teach. You also will show all you have learned, perform a full body healing treatment, draw the symbols and give a minimum of 4 attunements yourself. In addition to this and other material, we will work with creating a Reiki Healing Grid with crystals/stones. Please bring these with you, or you may purchase them at Off the Beaten Path before the attunement begins.
Finally, receiving the transmission of the Master Symbol is the catalyst that begins the transformation from what you "are" now to what you will become, a True Master. This is the final step in a long process of opening that you began when you received your First Degree Attunement. Understand very clearly, this is not an ending, but yet another beginning!

Reiki Share

Reiki Share is a healing enthusiast's study and practice group honoring all Reiki Schools and Lineages. The group is open to anyone who is trained in Reiki, regardless of your level of experience. The primary purpose of having a "share" is for practitioners to participate in giving and receiving Reiki within an atmosphere of friendship and love. Participating in a share is also a beneficial way of honoring one another as healers.
One of the major complaints from students/practitioners who have taken courses in Reiki is the lack of opportunity to practice and hone their skills. Most practitioners need time to fine-tune and strengthen their grounding, protection, cleansing, and scanning techniques or to learn when to use the symbols to consciously direct energy. Without receiving feedback from others, it is difficult to build self-confidence to a level where you are totally comfortable with yourself as a healer and develop your own system of assessment. It takes time to build an inner awareness for determining subtle energies and what they may personally mean to you. Continued practice facilitates forming your own personal communication dialogue technique in order to reveal your findings or to suggest a proper course of action and follow-up treatment plan. Through practice, you develop focused intention and increase the amount of Reiki or universal energy channeled through you to others; the more you practice Reiki, the stronger your connection is to the universal source.
As well as offering like-minded companionship, Reiki Share also gives each member a chance to openly discuss related challenges, share different techniques, practice and hone their skills, plus teach each other practical, but diverse approaches to healing. And it gives each person a golden opportunity to value and respect our differences, while we heal through combined team effort.
Please feel free to bring some simple, healthy snacks to share (for example fresh or dried fruits, nuts, bran muffins, fruit juice); Off the Beaten Path will provide water and herbal teas.

Reiki Drumming TM

Reiki Drumming™ affects the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies simultaneously, helping to bring them into harmony while raising the vibratory rate to levels which may allow the body to accelerate its innate healing abilities. Drumming reminds our body of its ideal harmony with the pulse of the earth and the Universal flow of creation.
Reiki Drumming introduces methods to enhance the power to send Reiki at a distance as well as assisting in harmonizing our human consciousness with the Earth.
A Reiki Drumming Journey is wonderful way to help guide one in peaceful meditation for relaxation and/or healing. This can also be helpful in resolving any issues that have been pushed aside but never really resolved.
We connect directly with the Heart and the Mind of the Divine when we access Reiki energy. It is that same connection with Reiki Drumming. So as we journey through the past or stay in present, we are guided by love and kindness.
Scientific studies related to the effect that sound has on matter are relatively new, yet we are already learning that sound does alter matter.
