Off the Beaten Path thanks all the customers who kept us going through these tough economic times. We really appreciate it! We wish you all a New Year filled with hope, peace, health, happiness, and prosperity.

Now that the holiday madness is over, Off the Beaten Path is back to normal operating hours:

Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.

Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

If you reach the answering machine during our regular hours of operation (and the weather is not horrendous) it means I couldn't get to the phone before the 4th ring.  Maybe I am helping a customer at the far end of the store, or doing something that required a few more seconds to reach it.  Please, please, please leave me a message.  Nothing is more frustrating than grabbing the phone just to hear a dial tone and not knowing whom to call back.

Wahoo! After a much too long wait, the Crowley Thoth decks are finally back in stock! We have the classic large deck, the small deck, the pocket deck, and the "premier" set that includes the small deck, instruction booklet, and a spread sheet.   These were out of print for two years, so get them now; there's no telling how long this shipment will last or when we'll be able to get them again!

Since the economy only appears to be getting better for Wall Street, Off the Beaten Path will continue to offer special "economic stimulus" pricing on several of its classes. There is no better time than now to take these classes at a reduced rate!

Don't forget to pick up your new Llewellyn annuals for 2010. We have the Llewellyn Astrological Calendar, Witches' Calendar, Witches' Datebook, Sun Sign and Moon Sign Books, Spell a Day Almanac, Herbal Almanac, Magical Almanac, Witches' Companion, and the new Sabbats Almanac in stock.

The Seasons of the Witch Datebooks (daily and weekly) have also arrived.

We are also stocking three new scents in Escential Essences stick incense - Moon Goddess, The Four Elements, and Dragon's Blood.

We have located a small stock of Indochinite tektites from South Vietnam.  Tektites enhance or strengthen the ability to withstand mental or emotional stumbling; wisdom, knowledge, and extraterrestrial communication.  They diminish or lessen challenges with mental processes.  They are available in various sizes and price ranges from $1.75 to about $7.00.

We also have a few pieces of rare red phantoms.  These pieces are very hard to get, so if you are interested in them, hurry in before they're gone.  We have no idea if or when we will be able to get them again.
